All products are subject to rigorous quality control before shipment. We provide a Certificate of Analysis with each consignment. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of arrival at destination port, accompanied by independent survey reports and photographic evidence. Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinzo Agro International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our products, services, or website.
